How to Order
The best way to begin an online order is to take a look at our amazing photos and to browse through the options for different sizes, patterns, and designs and then click the 'Shop Online' menu item at the top of your screen to get started. If there is something specific that you are looking for, then please feel free to use the search icon.
If you do not see what you are looking for, you can always give us a call or send us an email, and we will be more than happy to assist you.
Process for ordering a bit:

Choose a shank

Choose a mouthpiece

Decide if you would like the bit plain or mounted with decorative silver

If you want silver, choose your design or provide us with your requested customization (i.e. brand, initials, etc)

Once you have your ideas together, then call the store and confirm your order.

If you are using a brand, then you must email us your brand. Many brands are too large for a shank. We will advise you of such and complete your order.

Most custom bits take 1-2 months to be completed. Some can be faster. Handmade products take time

Choose the rowel (shape and size)

Choose your artwork – you can choose one of Kerry’s handcrafted designs or design your own.

Please call the store before completing your order and we will take your payment and finalize your order.

All artwork will have to be approved by the purchaser prior to construction beginning.

Most custom spur orders take 14 months to be completed. Handmade products take time, and we have others in progress.

We understand that ordering such a big ticket item online may seem a bit unsettling; therefore please use the tools online to get your ideas. We will be happy to go over your selections via telephone and confirm your order. We will need brands and special designs emailed to the store in order to ensure your desires. Once your order has been placed, we will contact you through your preferred method (either via email or phone) to inform you that your order has been received and the estimated time period for completion of filling your order.
