Important Shipping Notice for Returns & Repairs

If you are sending an item to us for repair, exchange, refund, or re-rowels, you must ship using UPS or FedEx only and DO NOT select signature required.
DO NOT use USPS. Packages sent through the U.S. Postal Service will be returned by the carrier and will not reach our facility. Please retain any tracking numbers from the carrier you use to ship!

Please include a note inside the package with the reason for return, full name, physical shipping address, phone number, and email address.


Processing Returns

Once the returned item is received at our store, we will contact you by text message or phone call if any additional information is needed to process your exchange, refund, or repair.
Any applicable charges for return shipping or services will be invoiced via email, or payment may be collected over the phone.


30-Day Ride Guarantee (Bits Only)

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, which is why we offer a 30-day ride guarantee on bits.
This guarantee begins on the delivery date. You may ride your bit, and if you are not satisfied, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund within 30 days.


Clothing Returns

All clothing returns and exchanges must be unused and in new condition.


Exchanges, Store Credit & Personalized Items

If your product is in new (unused) condition, we are happy to offer an exchange at any time, or store credit if the bit is outside the 30-day ride guarantee.
Personalized items are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We are always open to trades on used bits and spurs for in-store credit.


Refunds & Shipping Fees

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Alternatively, store credit may be issued for use toward a future purchase.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
All shipping fees are non-refundable.


International Orders

All duties, taxes, and international return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If an order is refused at the border, all associated fees remain the customer’s responsibility. Customs information will NOT be altered to lower the cost of tariffs at the border.


Lifetime Warranty

All of our bits are covered by a lifetime warranty.
We will gladly repair or replace broken bits when possible.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or abuse.
