Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, therefore we offer a 30 day ride guarantee. This guarantee begins when the product is received by the customer. You may ride your bit, and if you are not satisfied, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
If your product is in new (unused) condition we are happy to exchange at any time, or offer store credit if it is after the 30 day ride guarantee. Any personalized items will be handled on a case by case basis.
We are always open to trades on our used bits and spurs for in store credit.
Refunds will be processed to the original account and method of payment. Otherwise, we can issue a store credit good towards any new purchase.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, and all shipping fees are non-refundable.
All duties and taxes for international order are the responsibility of the customer, as well as any return shipping fees if you refuse your product at the borders.
All of our bits have a lifetime warranty. We will gladly do our best to repair or replace any broken bits. We do not replace items due to normal wear and tear or abuse. Should you have any questions concerning a potential warranty situation, place call the store.
